The Project File within PD-TrakTM provides folders and navigational pages to help the cross functional project team to manage their ad hoc documents. A default set of folders can be set up and new folders added for an individual project as needed. Clicking on a link in the Document Storage column of the project file opens
the navigational page for that folder:
Clicking on the arrow in the Open File column opens the target file. The Page Controls menu provides functions for adding, changing and deleting links as well as a function to browse the associated folder using Windows Explorer:
