Ongoing maintenance, technical support and annual upgrades are available
for an annual maintenance fee of 16% of the perpetual license fee.
Business Areas
The business area capability in PD-Trak allows companies to extend
the use of PD-Trak to other functions within the organization while
maintaining a common project portfolio view at the management level.
Access to projects can be controlled by associating user groups with
business areas. The license fees quoted above include a single
business area. The following fees apply for additional business
areas:
Additional business areas for projects managed at the primary
location/facility site: 25% of the license fee, per business area
Additional business areas for projects managed at other locations/facility
sites:
50% of the license fee, per business area
Additional PD-Trak Systems
Another option for larger deployments is to purchase separate
business unit licenses for additional, independant PD-Trak systems.
This is generally preferred for separate business units or independent
divisions of larger corporations but may also be a preferred solution in
cases where projects are being managed independantly by different
managers within an organization e.g. IT projects vs. product development
projects. This option allows greater flexibility in configuration,
operational independence and control. A 25% discount applies to
the license fees for additional PD-Trak systems.
