The Project Brief captures a summary of the project including the project charter, phase durations / gate dates, summary of key financials and a sign off section used to indicate the completion of a gate review.  The example on this page is configured for a product development project. The titles of the six text boxes and the financial metrics can be modified to fit different types of project. The data in gray cells is imported from other worksheets in the Project File.  Yellow cells are data entry cells.
