PD-Trak™ Team List and CalendarPD-Trak maintains useful information about the team to facilitate collaboration and coordination. The Project File home page contains summary information about the team leads and links to a Team List and a Team Calendar.
The team and marketing lead would normally be identified when the project is first setup during the investigation stage. Other team members would be added at this point or after the project was approved. The Team Members Worksheet contains the names and contact information for the team members, contributors, and supplier/subcontractor contact personnel.
The Team Calendar is a place to keep track of upcoming events and team member travel plans, vacation plans, schedules, etc. The general schedule for the following month is discussed and maintained in the weekly team meeting.
